  I usually never leave bad reviews but I had an absolute horrendous experience with Dominos staff here. We ordered our food and they suggested it’ll take 30 minutes. Called again in 45 asking for updates, they hung up. I thought it was a mistake and called again, the first person was incredibly rude for some reason. He suggested that the delivery driver is outside, trying to call us and can’t get in touch so it’s our fault for not responding. An absolute lie, we thanked them but we hadn’t received any calls, went outside to have a look and there was no one there. Called back 5 mins after, someone else answered and suggested they ‘tried to’ deliver 30 mins ago but no one responded in the reception. For people reading this, there’s NO RECEPTION!! It’s one house, OURS. NO one rang the bell, no one called, no one knocked (trust me I’d hear it, I am starving). And literally, the fact that his colleague said 5 mins ago that the driver is waiting outside completely contradicts the statement. This person also was very rude and started explaining how if no one responds, they can’t deliver. I asked many times how would someone attempt delivering without knocking or calling? And obviously, had no answer to that. So, either one of them was lying or both, I HAVE NO IDEA. But instead of trying to fix the situation or find out if they had made a mistake with the address, he just suggested to ask for a refund! Absolutely ridiculous experience!!!

  I wanted to phone order to pick up and they just made me wait on the phone for a very long time short staff

  The food was good overall. The fries were decent, the pizza was good, and the sauces were really tasty as well. However, I didn’t really understand the ordering system. Do you really have to order online through the app even if you come in to eat? I find it quite strange to have tables and chairs available if you can’t simply order on-site. It’s a bit inconvenient and takes away from the experience.

  Dominos has 100% gone downhill. Don’t use them often, but it’s a shadow of its former self - bland, cheap ingredients; soggy. Quite lifeless, really. Ok, if you’ve overindulged at the pub and on your way home. Otherwise, don’t bother
