  Absolutely delicious pizza — fresh, full of flavour and delivered super fast. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and Gopi the manager really made me feel special and looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend and will definitely order again!

  *Poor communication and unappealing substitutions* Rating: ⭐/⭐⭐ I am writing this to express my growing disappointment with Domino’s, specifically regarding my recent order from the [CHARLTON] branch. My order was altered without any consultation or notification. My side of coleslaw was swapped for fries, which arrived looking incredibly unappealing and borderline inedible. When I questioned this, the delivery driver was unable to offer an explanation other than stating the manager had simply decided to make the swap. (no stock) It is highly unprofessional for a manager to unilaterally change a paid order without first contacting the customer. This lack of basic communication feels dismissive and confirms my feeling that Domino’s is losing its appeal. The brand has become incredibly boring and is no longer customer-facing. Between the declining food quality and the "take it or leave it" attitude toward service, I won’t be rushing back. I expect much better for the price. AVOID

  Sort out your delivery man. After trying to talk him to my door and him constantly talking over me and abruptly hanging up each time - when after, 15min and 5 separate calls, he gets to my door....tells me my address is wrong and that I should say what floor I live on. To be clear.... The address is saved to our account and has been found by multiple domino's delivery people (even the address labels on the pizza - being delivered - had the correct address) And the delivery instructions state what floor to go to and how to get there. Honestly ‐ even starvation wouldn't drive me to order a delivery from this store again. I'd rather walk in shoes 4sizes too small to the Greenwich store for collection and back! Literally the worst delivery experience ever..... and that includes the dude that made me find him to pick up MY order. Food gets 3stars, coz it was cold by the time I got to eat it.
