  Carshalton Dominos order in the store,around 8pm one medium pizza, very long hair inside very very disgusting and very bed Experience this branch I will never go there again .

  I ordered two vegetarian pizzas for takeaway and witnessed several practices that caused me serious concern regarding food hygiene and cross-contamination. Firstly, I observed two members of staff preparing pizzas without wearing gloves. They were handling meat toppings on some pizzas and then immediately adding toppings to vegetarian pizzas, including mine, without changing gloves or following what appeared to be appropriate hygiene procedures. Secondly, when my pizzas came out of the oven, the staff member was about to cut them with the same pizza cutter that had just been used on meat pizzas. I had to stop her before she did so. She then searched around and eventually found what appeared to be a separate cutter. It looked as though it had not been used all day, which suggests it was not the cutter initially intended for my order. When I raised my concerns, the staff denied they were about to use the same cutter, despite this being exactly what I had witnessed. These practices present serious hygiene and cross-contamination concerns, particularly for vegetarian customers and those who avoid meat for religious, ethical, or allergy-related reasons. Had these practices been recorded and reported to the relevant authorities, I believe they would have attracted significant scrutiny. I have requested a full investigation into the food preparation procedures and details of what actions will be taken to ensure this does not happen again as I like Domino's pizza.

  All good. The service was excellent and the staff are too friendly and helpful. I want an urgent pizza as I have an appointment and they have made fresh pizza within just 7-8 minutes. I appreciate the customer service at Pizza. Your Go-to place for Pizza can be one of this if you are looking for good and fresh pizza with nice toppings. Thank you!

  They don't understand you. The staff on the counter will ask you to repeat. They shouldn't be on the counter.
