  Very disappointing experience with my recent order from Domino’s Pizza. I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order and called the restaurant around six times during that period. Every time, I was told that the driver was “on the way.” On my final call, I was suddenly told there was no order under my name and that the restaurant was already closed. The staff member then hung up on me. Just two minutes later, I received an email claiming that I had cancelled the order myself, which is completely false. I never requested any cancellation. This entire situation wasted my time, left me without food late at night, and showed extremely poor customer service and communication. Very unhappy with both the restaurant’s handling of the situation and the overall experience.

  I’m Italian and I love Domino’s pizza. I this I’ve said it all; this is my local brunch and has never disappointed me

  Very poor service. This order was for delivery from the London Bermondsey store. I ordered my pizza over an hour ago and I am still waiting. There has been no communication, no explanation and no apology. This is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this store again.

  Had a great experience at Domino’s! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always 🍕 Special thanks to Ritu for her polite behaviour, quick service, and friendly attitude. She handled everything very professionally and made the visit even better. Really appreciate the customer service. Will definitely visit again!
