  "I ordered two large pizzas for delivery through Uber Eats, which took an hour to arrive and required several calls to the store. The delivery rider called and claimed he was outside—which he was not—and told me I needed to update my address because I had given the wrong details, even though I hadn't (which I proved to him). When the pizzas finally arrived, the boxes had been bashed about, and the pizza was lukewarm and not very pleasant. I spoke to the store again, but they didn't want to take any responsibility for the problems. However, as you can see from the receipt I received with my pizzas, it lists a collection time rather than a delivery time, along with the wrong name and address. This has to be some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a food delivery service." UPDATE "So I contacted the Domino's Pizza store in Battersea to speak to the manager, as per his response to my review. I was told that responses to Google reviews are handled by head office, and because I had placed my order through Uber Eats, I needed to speak to them instead. However, my issue was with the food quality and the customer service I received from Domino's Battersea, which is why I reviewed Domino's and not Uber Eats. If you had no intention of trying to make things right regarding the poor standard of your pizza and service, why say so in your response? It seems your customer service still has a long way to go."

  Shocking place constantly lie about when food has been cooked and when it’s ready and when it’s on its way waited for 2 hours appallingly run shocking customer service

  They forgot to put the pesto drizzle sauce on the pizza leaving half of it dry and tasteless. Dominoes sucks in general for not having in-app ways to raise issues or make complaints so here we all are having to complain about it online. A disappointing meal.
