  First time we ordered a take away to fairlop waters (wife and two young children) during early evening with the wrong pizza being delivered. Subsequently, we waited in Fairlop for the second pizza where all dips were missing and the quality of the pizza was very disappointing with too much tomato puree/ sloppy base. Although a refund was offered by Raj nothing has been received.

  Absolutely shocking (with relative), first the order was wrong, the replacement was under cooked.. offered a refund... still waiting.
