  Your delivery drivers drive like kamikaze pilots.... Nearly collided with us overtaking on a tight road.... Veered back in after nearly colony off his bike and then proceeded to overtake the next car....I might add that if he had hit us there would certainly have been a fatality.... Are your drivers given KPIs that make them drive like this endangering the population??? And do they actually have UK driver's licences?

  I wish I could score -1. The level of service has simply downgraded to a level that makes it unbearable. Lies upon lies. Cold pizzas, Melted Ice creams and when you call the store, lies are pilled upon lies. Get a grip guys, or just leave our area and make way for a better service. I ll surely be only buying from PIZZA HUT from now on.

  I’m posting this review on behalf of John regarding his experience with Domino’s Banstead. His order arrived late, and the pizza was not in an acceptable condition when it arrived. He asked the delivery driver to take it back and was advised to contact the store directly to request a refund. John contacted the store and requested a refund. He also asked for confirmation of his complaint and refund request by email. When no email was received, he contacted the store several more times and made the same request, including speaking with the store manager, Jade, on two occasions. After being unable to resolve the matter directly with the store, John contacted Domino’s head office. The refund was subsequently processed and received 11 days after his original complaint. This review is based solely on the delivery, the condition of the order, and the customer service received when requesting a refund.

  I ordered two pizzas today, and they were delivered at around 11:20 pm. It’s quite rare that everything goes so smoothly from start to finish. The delivery arrived on time, the pizzas were hot, and everything was done really well. I ordered two quite complicated pizzas, with four different halves in total, and honestly, they were made perfectly. The toppings were well balanced and everything tasted really good. It’s not often that you can say that every part of the service went exactly as it should. So I think you really deserve a 5-star review. Thank you, and I hope every delivery can be this good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
