  Very bad experience! We ordered via Uber Eats for delivery scheduled between 7:10 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The order was stuck in “preparing” status for hours, clearly showing that the food was not ready. The Uber Eats delivery person was therefore never able to collect the order on time. as advised by Uber Eats, throughout the evening we tried to call Dominis numerous times, but the number was unavailable. Impossible to have any information or alert of the problem. Finally, we received a notification that the order was “delivered” around 10 p.m., almost 3 hours late. At that time we were already sleeping. In addition, the order was left at the wrong address, in front of another door. As a result, we never received the order! The next day, we went to Domino’s Pizza: no commercial gesture, no refund, we were simply referred to Uber Eats. It's too easy to let go of responsibility when the problem clearly comes from poor organization and a huge delay in the kitchen. Preparing an order almost 3 hours after the scheduled time, without notifying the customer and without being reachable, is not acceptable. Disappointing service, I do not recommend.

  The store was clean and the food was amazing, I ordered medium size mozzarella pizza and it was delicious with garlic bread.
