⭐ 1/5 Addiscombe Domino’s pizza ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. The food I received was undercooked and tasted awful. It was not prepared to an acceptable standard at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful towards me, and I felt personally insulted by the way I was treated. I paid for food expecting a basic level of quality and respect, but I received neither. The food was very poor, the customer service was unacceptable, and the behaviour of the staff was extremely unprofessional. I strongly believe the management should take this complaint seriously and review the behaviour of the staff. I hope appropriate action is taken and that better trained staff are put in place so other customers do not have to experience the same treatment. I would not recommend this Domino’s to anyone. Very poor food, very poor service, and extremely disrespectful staff. Date: 11 September 2026. Time:23:41 PM (UK time).
