Matcha was disgusting and watery. The staff at the till was rude and kept looking at me with a mean face. She also seem bothered by me asking her a question about the menu. Wouldn't recommend this place

I ordered the Vegan Lentil Ragu at the Liverpool Street Station branch. As a strict ethical vegan of over 28 years, receiving animal meat was a severe breach of trust. The meal provided was not vegan, it contained shredded chicken and dairy mascarpone. Handing chicken and dairy to a customer ordering vegan is dangerous for allergies and unacceptable ethically. Coco di Mama’s support has completely ignored my emails and messages, refusing even a basic acknowledgement or refund. I escalated this, and an Environmental Health Officer inspected the branch following my complaint (serious enough for me), reviewed the photo evidence, and officially confirmed the dish was consistent with their Spicy Pollo & Mascarpone. The management claimed to the officer that customers "inadvertently collect the wrong order". Avoid this brand if you have dietary requirements or allergies. I recommend, if you experience mislabeling here, report it directly to Environmental Health so it is formally logged.
