I have been coming here for years for breakfast. They now have new ownership and the staff are very rude. This morning I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte and politely asked to swap for vanilla instead of caramel and the manager yelled at me in front of other customers saying that I should’ve chosen vanilla instead. She directed me to the screen to show me how to choose vanilla which was very patronising. It is no extra cost for them to do vanilla instead of caramel. Yet, she said I should pay extra 60p. She then said “fine I’ll do it” in an aggressive tone. I’ve quite literally never experienced such poor customer service and it’s a shame because I won’t be returning and I used to really enjoy going there for breakfast with my colleagues. They are also shocked at the service and experience.
