- DVDolores VMay 1, 20261.01★ Went to collect an Evri parcel from this Co-op in West Norwood after receiving delivery confirmation and a proof-of-delivery photo, which I attached to this review. Staff member refused to help look for it because I didn’t have a QR code, despite me showing the delivery proof. He also claimed they “don’t accept Evri parcels” there, even though it was clearly delivered to the store. The parcel has now apparently gone missing and nobody was willing to help. Very disappointing customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never shop in this coop branch ever again.

This isn’t the first time dealing with her attitude either she always acts like she’s got to much to do which is understandable but when doing customer service you shouldn’t let the customer feel your anger. It’s my local store which is the only reason I keep coming but I have started to go there a lot less especially because she is still on till. I personally think this job isn’t for her

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. SHE WAS SCREAMING AT UBER STAFF MAKING A SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT TOXIC AND NOISY. GET SOMEONE ACTUALLY NICE WHO ENJOYS CUSTOMER SERVICE
