  I always have a great experience at the Co-op store at Grand Union, Alperton. The store is consistently clean, well organised, well stocked and maintained to a really high standard. What makes this branch stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone is professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Whether you need help finding a product or have a question, they are always happy to help, and you are greeted with a smile. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do and cares about the customers. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but one person I’d especially like to mention is Sowmya. She is always polite, welcoming and helpful, and her friendly attitude really makes a difference. It’s the little things like these that make shopping here such a pleasant experience. The team makes customers feel valued and looked after, which is exactly what good customer service should be. Credit to the whole team at the Grand Union, Alperton branch — they are a real asset to Co-op!

  The store is good and all stuff is also fresh but the only thing they missing is lack of staff at the cashier point.
