  You couldn't get the staffs attention if a plane crashed into the store and you were gargling blood asking for aid. There's always an issue with the self checkout. There's always one person on the tills. They need one operating self service. You'll have to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to see to you. This is NOT the staffs fault. Moreso the fault of the overseers of the store. I won't end this review here, because the management team will likely send out reports to staff saying "be proactive". The real issue is the abundance of delivery orders and rota issues. This store needs to either go digital only, turn off delivery orders, or have more staff working. This store sucks

  Brilliant – this Co-op has an Amazon collection point, really easy to get to, free parking, absolutely dead convenient

  Dear Manager, I would like to report a poor experience I had at the Wanstead Co-op while collecting my order. I waited approximately 25 minutes to receive my order. During this time, the staff repeatedly told me “coming, coming” for almost 20 minutes without giving any proper update or checking the issue seriously. After making me wait for a long time, they finally informed me that the tablet/device was not working. I found the handling of the situation very negligent and unprofessional. The staff appeared very slow and did not communicate properly with customers. This is the second time I have faced the same issue at this store, which is very disappointing. I request that this matter be looked into seriously and that improvements be made to customer service and order collection management to avoid similar inconvenience in the future.
