  One star because 0 isn’t an option. Grossly incompetent staff - if you’re lucky to enough to have one present. Worst co op I’ve ever been to.

  The worst set of staff coop has had in years 10pm tills closed and card only because tills have been taken .. joke … and ohh all of a sudden pay point isnt working but by the morning its working Staff barely understand when your asking simple questions Nothing ever on the shelf and if you ask them to have a lool instantly its we dont have none Bakery is always burnt Always having the wrong price labels and when you ask them to do it at the price advertised (as per the law) they wanna tell you that they cant change when they can do price override Just overall a horrible shopping experience everytime Coop need to change staff including store manager shes just as bad

  Don't go in here if you intend to pay by cash there's never anyone behind the counter Only 2 self service machines card only Staff seem to be busy elsewhere definitely not filling up the shelves as most are half empty

  Made an order online was told the order would be delivered between 8-9pm order never arrived! Got a call from someone claiming to be a driver saying he took an order that was supposed to be delivered the road across from the shop he went all the way to St. George's hospital and no order! Contacted Coop was told my order would be resent. I received an email saying it has been assigned to another driver and will be with me shortly. I waited nearly another hour and still no order. Contacted Coop again I was then told no driver has gotten my delivery and the store is closing! How ridiculous can people be these days? For the Coop staff a bit of honesty goes along way! When you take my money from my account it takes days to go back in so if you cannot do a delivery do not falsely advertise delivery slots when you know for sure customers will not get their order I will never order again! Can't trust shop assistants, can't trust customer service representatives and can't trust delivery drivers!
