- ADAna DabiJun 14, 20261.0there seems to be an ongoing issue with staff accusing innocent customers of theft. i paid for all my stuff, and i always make sure the payment went through. then i walked out and one of the workers, a black lady, ran after me and grabbed my arm and said i havent paid for my stuff. confused, we walked back and she was showing me the screen with stuff i didnt even buy, i showed her what i bought and she didnt even say sorry or anything. instead of accusing random people for someone else's mistakes, why dont they closely monitor the self checkouts instead, if theyre so worried about theft.

The security man (oversized blond man often talking over the phone instead of supervising the store) stopped me and treated me like a thief. I explained to him that what he said was not making any sense at all and that he could go and check that on the till himself, but he carried on with his accusatory language
