- JNJason NSep 22, 20261.0So rude was served by a lady who had no idea what she was doing, and now the wrong parcel has arrived after my DPD drop-off .
- JGJack GriggsJun 25, 20261.0Staff are quite frustrating. Tried to return parcel as part of the DPD service, they explained that they can accept DPD but they won’t today - tried to understand if I should come back later or find another store. It was quite hard to understand them but appeared like they couldn’t be bothered to accept it. Might be a fringe case but I’d find somewhere else if you need to use DPD to return items.
- ADAna DabiJun 14, 20261.0there seems to be an ongoing issue with staff accusing innocent customers of theft. i paid for all my stuff, and i always make sure the payment went through. then i walked out and one of the workers, a black lady, ran after me and grabbed my arm and said i havent paid for my stuff. confused, we walked back and she was showing me the screen with stuff i didnt even buy, i showed her what i bought and she didnt even say sorry or anything. instead of accusing random people for someone else's mistakes, why dont they closely monitor the self checkouts instead, if theyre so worried about theft.
