She was an older lady. She completed my request so I told her thank you so much and was ignored. She was not serving other customers or busy, just ignored and didn’t exchange any words with me.
- AAAshleyMar 17, 20262.0I come here once or twice a week specifically to buy the red seedless grapes, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The grapes are often soft and squishy instead of firm and fresh, which is really disappointing considering how regularly I shop here. I’ve also noticed that Co-op seems to have stopped putting expiry dates on the packs, which is quite concerning. As a customer, I want to know how fresh the product is before buying it, especially when the quality is already questionable. Overall, not a great experience recently – I hope this gets looked into and improved soon.

They’ve got great choices of fresh food, the shop is always clean and well stocked, and even at the end of a long day it still looks great. You can really tell they’ve recently stepped up their standards. Always a good experience shopping here — highly recommend!
