- TATiago AntunesJul 8, 20262.0Bad replenishment, 4pm and there’s nothing left on the shelves. The staff can be very dismissive and ignoring clients. Most of the time there’s no cutlery to eat their salads, even though they offer a seating area for customers to eat.

I understand that staff have to follow store policies but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable the employee was rude dismissive and unprofessional from the start!!!! A simple and polite explanation would have been enough but instead I was met with unnecessary attitude and disrespect. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Customer service should be much better than this!!!!

One day I saw a female staff member being harassed by the older manager I believe called tuhin after he purchased a huge bottle of wine. Whilst another day I spoke to another member of staff who said one of the managers keeps trying to flirt with her and it got to the point where she had to lie about her age. It was an awful thing to witness.
