- JBJody BestAug 11, 20261.0I'm appalled by the way staff treat customers. Waiting im a que 2pm I needed electric . The cue was horrendous but because I'm in the cue for electric need to stay there . They had que going down the Isle put one other person on this person served lady something was wrong with her transaction everything needed rescanned I got to front que still behind me and the man got off the till I did excuse this que is still long and I've been waiting 10 mind. He came back on in a huff he put my electric on and threw my recipes on the floor I said your customer service level is appalling you don't treat customers like this. All the years I lived here I never seen such shoddy vile service from members of staff .

Used the self-service machine, needed help, clicked the help button, which was repeatedly silenced, only for the woman at the till to come out and tell me “it would be helpful if you communicated with me, is there a problem”, to which I said I’m just waiting for someone to be available. I’m sorry, what else am I supposed to do when I need help at the self-service area? Am I not supposed to click the help button? A kind staff member who was busy elsewhere was very quick to help when I asked. So, PSA for the woman who was at the tills - telling other people they need to communicate does not mean that you by any means have good communication yourself
