  Quite possibly the noisiest shop I’ve even been in, between the self check outs at full volume half a second out from each other to the hand held gadgets I assume are for online orders bing bonging very loudly all over the store to the door alarms going off it’s incredibly overwhelming especially being topped off with the staff having to shout over all the above noises just to communicate. The level of noise is excessive and unnecessary. It makes for an awful shopping experience. The co-op is a somewhere I would spend £100’s per month in. Not anymore they have made it unbearable!

  Staff at this store tell complete lies about deliveries, they advised customer services that I only was sent 1 bag of shopping when I items were missing please see attached photos of my tampered woth bags clearly there are 2 bags same ref same name customer theft clear and simple... disgraceful service.

  disgraceful service on delivery from this store today, when I got my delivery the bags had been tampered with. on opening my delivery order, a high priced tobacco product was missing, so I called the delivery customer service line to be told only one bag was delivered ...absolute lie I have two bags with ref numbers on...do not get deliveries from this store they will not refund if you don't recieve the goods and tell lies... issue now raised woth the police and head office... disgraceful customer service. This is customer theft !

  For the second time in as many years, I have been verbally assaulted by a drunken thug in this shop and as usual, the staff chickened out. The so-called security guard refused to help stating he is not a policeman. The rest of the staff, rather than having problems with the drunken bully, rallied him. I am a third age lady with a service dog. So it is obvious I have a condition and I easily become the target of thugs and bullies. In a shop, I expect some help. Not Coop. After more than 40 years, I will never shop in Co-op again.
