  Went in to get a pack of cigarettes, they let me pay for it and then didn't give me it. Said they tapped the wrong one on the screen. I asked for a different pack then (same price) said they couldn't do it. Manager comes over and keeps explaining to me why he can't find a solution. So I paid and they then wouldn't give me my cigarettes. Instead they gave a refund after me trying to find a solution for 20 minutes straight. Manager kept saying: I'm not going to risk my job for you when I only asked him to explain what had happened to his manager. So lost mearly half an hour to pay for cigarettes I never got. In the end they wanted to give me the wrong cigarettes or a refund (which would take daysto come back into my account). Incompetence in management ... The whole pointof there being a manager is to ensure problems like this would get resolved instead of wasting the customers time and only aggravating them more. Definitely not going back here again...

  The customer service here is absolutely abysmal, I’ve been local in the vale for about 5 years now and always make it a point to avoid this shop due to a previous experience . Today I made the grave mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt and rushed in to get a few bits. The staff are clueless and can barely communicate; when asked about the locations of various items and their corresponding offers, it’s as if you have asked them to hand over their home addresses and bank information. I am honestly surprised they are still open; the staff, building and management all need an overhaul. AVOID!!
