- RHRay HorneyMay 12, 20261.0Just got back from here where I had several cold items. One person behind till serving (I don't do self service as I don't get paid to scan my items). Lady in front being served is one of the staff. Around 5 mins we stood waiting while she was asking for receipts for everything. Another staff member came walking over and I asked if someone can help serve but he went behind counter and helped his colleague out. I said again can someone else serve as I have frozen items. All he said was "wait a minute". I told him that I will go elsewhere so I dumped my items where I stood and went to the shop next to the launderette. They didn't even apologise to us. Rude staff.

The staff are excellent, professional, friendly and helpful. They face a lot too, the locks on the wine fridges say it all. Last year's IT hack led to some customers being difficult (I witnessed). The staff handle these curve balls as best they can and with good grace. I hope coop head office sees this review.
