  I’ve been a loyal customer since we have moved to the area 3 years ago. The kids and I always go there more than 3 times per week and today I’m so disappointed for how the lady who work there force me to pay for the book that one of my kids accidentally tear a tiny part of the book while I was paying at the machine. I felt so disappointed for how she talked to us.. she shout to us“ YOU NEED TO PAY FOR IT” I did eventually paid for it and when we walked out, she fallowed me and the kids outside and asked us if we paid for the book. Luckily,I got the receipts so I showed her. I was thinking … I never felt anything like this before in my life.. she treated us like we stole something at the shop , she shouted at us, fallowed us outside the shop etc.. Honestly I doesn’t want to take my kids back there anymore..I’m sad and disappointed
