Solid Co-Op with hot food counter and inside seating (although pretty cold as the doors are constantly opening and closing). Quite a small Co-Op but perfect for a meal deal lunch.

Visited the store a couple of times, my favourite in the area. I like how I always find new interesting snacks, foods, coffee, etc. Nice customer service and atmosphere. Please visit.

Terrible customer service, could do so much better. No interest in helping any customers at all… such a shame, as it’s a big store, in a very affluent part of the city.

Worst quality food ever. I bought few items from the instore bakery and once I opened it at home one of them had a mole on them. The very next day I went to the shop and requested a refund but the person who I was talking to just left me in the cashier section waiting for aprox. 15 to 20mins with no sign of anyone coming to help me with this issue or anything so I decided to just go home as it was not worth waiting 15 to 20mins for a 5£ refund. Please to anyone visiting dont purchase anything that is made instore and coop needs to do a thorough investigation on sanitation and customer service in this store.

Used to go here regularly, late evening on the way home. Good service - not great range but hey ho. Now every time I cycle past I see empty shelves - particularly my favourite desserts. I don’t even bother going in as it is seemingly always half stocked at best. Additionally I had to do staffs job for them by pointing out that they can’t legally sell meat when they’ve (by their own admission) left it on their ‘discounted’ trolley for over four hours (the trolley is in the middle of the floor and not chilled). They thanked me for pointing it out but did nothing about the now dangerous and illegal meat products on their reduced trolley. Hope no one got sick!
