The management and male staff members often make inappropriate or unprofessional comments that make for a very uncomfortable shopping environment. It feels like a very exclusionary atmosphere, and any feedback is met with hostility. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I had security follow me round the shop potentially because I had said hello? Closest shop to the travelodge opposite so made sense and thus would use it if I was there again. The staff aren't nice that's the reality too
