- NNN77Jun 27, 20262.0Somali girl who stacks shelves has an attitude problem and is unhelpful and unwelcoming, I ask her a question and she coldly responds, she should be fired… also bald asian looking guy who deals with bakery is extremely sarcastic and rude and should recieve a crash course in hospitality. However the guys behind the till are really well mannered and extremely helpful, its only some of the workers who stack shelves or do bakery who need to be fired.

This was done in a full store, explained to him that I returned the item back as my card was not working. He had a n arrogance about him, and I asked him to check his cctv or call the police . I was humiliated and belittled by this employee. I suggest he goes for further traing as he is lacking customer service skills.

Though there's the occasional ones who just stand there and have a loud chat with each other (and i heard them swear loudly too once....like bro wheres the professionalism at dude) Also... does coop ever restock? Because there are some shelves that have missing items for daaaaaays. Other than that.... no more complaints. OH one more thing, i would also appreciate if a certain member of staff would stop looking at me shopping as if I'm gonna steal something....like mate, I come here everyday and live round the corner...if i was to steal, trust me I'd do it somewhere hours away from where i live :) Gotta admit though, coop has some amazing offers on the bakery section when it gets to night time....keep that up! and the security guard is such a kind person bless him he's so sweet :D
