this store has gone so downhill. for the last few weeks most of the fridges haven't been working so there was hardly anything in stock. Today I tried to get my lunch on the way to work, first couldn't get into the fridge because staff were stocking the fridges and wouldn't let me open the door I needed. Finally got something and went to pay for all the payment devices to suddenly stop working - one member of staff struggling to resolve it, just kept cancelling everyone's transactions and telling us to try again. I ended up having to return my attempted purchases and leave.

Scanned everything myself. Had one thing double scanned. Employee told me to just scan *everything* again on a different till because he couldn’t be bothered to walk over 5 steps and remove a double scan.
If you’re going to save money with auto-tills at least spend a bit of that money to train the few remaining employees to care just a liiiitle bit.
No real point being a co-op member, go to the Tesco down the street, nice guys running it.

Very disorganized, rude employee, the system doesn't work well. I bought something and was charged twice, and again today. I made the payment, it was deducted from my account, I showed them that it had already been paid, but the system didn't release the product and they said I would have to pay again and that the first payment would be refunded in 5 business days. This was not fair.

I required hydration on 1/5/26 after a sunny day at Regents Park with temperatures hitting 26⁰C. There were refrigerated water bottles, an array of soft drinks and cold juices. A special offer of two 500ml soft drink bottles for £2.80 is an unrivalled bargain in this day and age, especially given the premium location.
I anticipated prices would be bumped up as they are at smaller, local Sainsbury's & Tesco stores but I was in for a pleasant surprise. This Co-op is a life-saver for ordinary people like me; it prevents us being priced out of essentials in tourist hotspots!
