Dear Co-Op. I was in your store a few weeks ago shopping and I watched an incident where a young lady, who was vulnerable, was accosted by a staff member for accusations of stealing. The lady told the staff member she did not steal but the staff member was shouting at her. It was a regular staff member and not even the security guard. I think his name ks Deepak. I thought it was company policy for staff members to not do this sort of thing or get involved as this is the reason you hire a security guard. I am asking for an immediate investigation into this. I find that your employee, as a representative of the Co-Op acted inappropriately and not in the best interest of the company. As a Member/Shareholder, I would like to let you know that this store has broken the "Code of business conduct" on multiple parts of "relationships with customers" and "relationships with members".

Was harrased, shouted at and verbally abused by the manager i believe his name was deepak. You keep deleting my reviews alongside his other victims. He verbally abused me and used innapropriate sexist comments towards me. Even the other staff members were obviously terrified of him too. I managed to video record most of the incident so careful, if youre female, i suggest you find another place to shop for your own safety.

Staff members really rude. Love to shout at women for nothing and then pretend to take the moral high ground about it.
