I ordered 1L coconut water bottle instead without asking they replaced to 500ml bottle. It was very disappointing.

I made an order on Deliveroo and they delivered the wrong item. I even selected cancel the order if the item is not available. I had ordered vegan cookies and they delivered the dairy equivalent. Most dissapointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot understand why a staff member has to be told twice to go and fix the self-checkout machine, which was used by a child with special needs and their teacher to help them learn vital life skills. When I asked the staff member to send someone to fix it, she was busy displaying what looked like a small cardboard garland (not sure of its proper name). Instead of going to assist with the checkout machine, she walked across the store to ask one of her colleagues to handle it. That colleague was busy putting food in the freezer and might have said she couldn't do it. I saw this woman walking back towards the checkout and again asked her to send someone, emphasising that there are children with special needs and that someone needed to fix the machine—it's a five-second job. Meanwhile, a long queue was forming to pay, with no staff at the tills and several SEND children and their teachers waiting. I could see the child losing patience as they waited for the machine to be fixed. This is utterly unacceptable! If in 2026 we can't treat others with respect and recognise that some people are less fortunate and have special needs, requiring just a little consideration from neurotypical individuals, then we’ve truly failed as a society. I am extremely disappointed. Perhaps staff members should receive some training on how best to support SEND individuals in such situations. Again, this is simply ridiculous!

Always handy to have it ten minutes walk away from home...for all the fresh supplies. Produce and bakery, etc.
