  If I could give this shop 0 stars, I would. When working in a customer-facing role, good customer service should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced in this shop was completely unacceptable. Staff appear to need better training on customer service and internal procedures. It is never appropriate to discuss customers with other customers, nor is it acceptable to raise your voice at customers. As someone who shops at Co-op regularly, I am genuinely disgusted by the way customers are treated and by the way some staff members speak to one another in front of customers. A little more professionalism, respect, and courtesy would go a long way.

  I have been a regular customer at this Co-op on Fortess Road since 2019, and in the past it was one of the best local stores. However, over the last couple of years, especially after a change Manager, the service has noticeably declined. The store often feels disorganised, particularly during delivery working times when aisles are blocked and it becomes inconvenient and sometimes unsafe for customers to shop properly. Stock handling also seems poorly managed during these periods. Customer service has also become an issue. On multiple occasions, I have found it difficult to speak with the manager. I tried to contact the female manager last month, but was told each time that she was not present as she was working at another store.

  Shop is always well stocked, and staff are kind. Shoplifting is rampant.
