  as a Co-op member I am shocked by the prices in this particular store. pls review vs other stores

  I don’t think anybody at this store has received any customer service training. The store is usually very under stocked and under staffed. There’s consistently wrong prices on shelves or not enough staff at the kiosk and customers are left waiting for 5 minutes plus at a time if they would like to use cash. The staff tend to count money at the till rather than serving customers who would like to pay cash. As none of the machines take cash, this is unacceptable. A new white female member of staff has begun working there within last month or so. She has a dismissive and rude attitude. As a disabled customer, I’m thankful for the new Sainsbury’s and Lidl on Walworth road. Avoid this store if you can.

  Bit small with somewhat limited range apart from the fridges that seem to dominate at the expense of other food types. It's saving grace is the Amazon collection service run from the front of store. Staff have always been very helpful with this. London prices, what more can you say.
