  I would like to make a formal complaint about a member of staff at the Coop on Caledonia Road named Mahrab, who was working on the till. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Mahrab came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping customers. He did not greet me, did not communicate politely, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Good customer service should include being respectful, helpful, and treating every customer with courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. His attitude was unprofessional and left a very negative impression of the store. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to improve customer service standards. No customer should leave the store feeling disrespected or ignored. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and addressed to help ensure other customers do not have a similar experience

  Highly frustrating experience today. I visited this Co-op to buy rice and was told by staff that the store was cash-only because the self-checkouts and internal ATM were broken. Since I live nearby, I walked to the post office to get cash and returned to the store.When I got to the till, the cashier scanned my item, but then manually cancelled the card machine just as I was about to pay. He then claimed the internet was completely down. When I pointed out that he had literally just cancelled the live connection manually right in front of me, he completely ignored me and had no response.With the Arsenal trophy parade taking place today, it is completely obvious that the staff are making up "technical issues" and demanding cash only when it suits them to rush customers out or pocket money. The employees here are dishonest and unhelpful. On top of that, the store is consistently poorly managed, with empty shelves and essential items always out of stock. If I could give this place a 0-star rating, I would. Avoid this location.

  Don't get anywhere near this shop. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. Poor customer service and if you go toe their DPD drop off servcie they will surely lost your itme. After a week I dropped it off they never gave it to the currier and my parcel was seating in the warehouse for a week. :(
