- NKN KOct 8, 20261.0Terrible. Don't believe the "closing time" listed on here. I came here at 10:40 pm, well within the so called "opening hours" and was shooed away by grumpy staff members who clearly just wanted to slack off work and not do their jobs.
- CJChris JonesSep 16, 20261.0Staff are incredibly rude. If you ask if they have any more stock of anything, they’ll just lie because they cant be bothered getting it for you. When you catch them out on that lie, they’ll double down with more lies, get aggressive, and accuse you of stealing based on absolutely nothing. A huge discredit to the Co-op brand; the polar opposite of ethically good.
- BBBronwynAug 3, 20261.0I shop here weekly via Uber Eats, and everytime they always forget several items I paid for. They always give me terrible quality items too I’ve had a lot of items which were rotten and covered in mould but should have been fresh, and have had items which were meant to be sealed but arrived completely opened up and gone off. Other times I would purchase items such as sirloin steak which costs a lot and they would give me rump steak which is half the price. It’s actually shocking how they screw up every order and charging money for items but not even giving them is theft.

I was made to walk around the shop three separate times because the staff weren’t communicating with each other. I was already waiting by the door where DPD parcels are stored, yet instead of one colleague informing another where I was, they kept sending me back and forth. Better communication between staff would have avoided wasting my time. This was an unnecessarily poor customer experience.
