  Dante described Hell as a 'city of woe', whereas in fact its a shop where all the baskets have been stolen again and the kidney beans are £1.85. Except for Cathy who is an absolute gem

  I feel i am being generous. I think most staff I've seen are nice. I think the shop itself has improved in the last year. But back then, and even now January 2026. I make a purchase, and the discount price does not come up. Many times in the past, I've left and discovered no discount- i now avoid that branch if i can. This month again had an item that discount didn't show up. As i said staff are nice, it has improved the last year.... TIP. check the offer corresponds with whats in its place. Take a picture of label if need be, checking ending date for offer, (they have previously told me its not on anymore when i questioned it, left my cereal behind, next day checked.... offer is still on!) Check price as they scan.... let them know it should be an offer if it doesnt show up! Keep up the improvements co-op (please improve your carrier bags so packaging doesnt rip it as it goes in.)
