  Very rude 40-50s female staff member on the till, she was very rude and even shook her head at me because of something another customer did, I was waiting in line because I had a euro lottery ticket to buy, there was 2 people in front of me the 1st customer got served and left, the 2nd customer infront of me said it was ok and gestured with his hands to go infront and get served so I did, Placed the basket down in the gap by the till and waited as the female staff member was doing something so I just patiently waited, she instantly started pointing to the man behind me saying “ I’m still serving him” I said ok he told me to come here and she repeated again that she was still serving him so I said ok but he told me to come here, she then asked if we where together before the man behind me said to her it was ok to serve me, she already had a bad attitude but I didn’t say anything and waited, Then when she took the basket to the other side I said I had the lottery ticket as well and placed it on the counter and again with the attitude she said something about that side because another customer had placed her basket on the gap the staff was putting my basket I said what’s that got to do with me and then she shook her head, I said what you shaking your head for ? She didn’t answer so I just said to forget it and I walked off She said something as I walked away so I went back I said about her being rude and shaking her head at me she instantly denied she shook her head I said she did and then she told me to be careful as she has seizures I said what’s that got to do with it, I said she was rude and has an attitude, literally all i did was wait to pay for me things and all I got was rudeness from this staff member and things other customers did she directed her attitude to me instead of saying something to the other customer, From the other recent reviews I can see I’m not the only one that’s experienced her rudeness, and if I have to use this store again I’ll just go straight to the self service till instead This happened around 2-2:15 ish on sunday

  I wasn't able to buy my daily meal because them systems wasn't working I spend 10 minutes in the shop and has to leave The manager of the shop was missing and unable to help the situation
