I entered the shop it was pretty grim food out of date staff rude especially the girl at the till I asked for a bag and she threw it at me! I was so polite they looked at me like I was an alien when I left ! Vile shop coop i will be reporting this to head office ! Place was filthy disorganised and in such a nice area … a real shame COOP

The two workers in the store we standing behind the register and next to the door respectively. They hadn’t put the barrier in front of the door they weren’t ready to close up at all It seemed they Were going to start the closing routine once the clock Struck 11. Keep in mind it’s not even 1055 yet and I’m standing at the door with another would be customer asking how they are close so long before (if it were a minute, maybe two minutes, I understand you are close in the time that people are rushing to get to the store before it closes the people that are relying on grabbing some items before they have to get up and it’s too early to go to the shops before work) they just stood there staring at the ceiling waiting for us to leave, obviously with no justification in response to me saying “so you’re just getting paid to stand there staring at the ceiling while customer stand outside?” Cheers, co-op, I know which business to run to 1st now (spoiler alert: it’s Tesco)
