  Kind of a strange shop where the shelves are half empty, however they have lots of vegan snack options so great for me when stopping for a drink and a snack before hopping on my train

  My experience at the co-op today was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service was absolutely abysmal, leaving me utterly disappointed and frustrated. When I asked a worker for a simple lid for their smoothies, he seemed completely clueless and uninterested. After repeating myself, he responded with a condescending smirk, as if my request was a joke. Despite explaining that the holder was empty, he callously insisted that they had run out of lids without even making an effort to check or consult a colleague. It was evident that my patronage meant nothing to them, and their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left me appalled. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you expect even a hint of decent customer service.
