  Very disappointed with the service at the till from I think his name was Sihi. I’m a regular Co-op customer, but he was very rude and unprofessional. He was on his phone when I went to pay, making me wait, then gave me a bad attitude and seemed annoyed to serve me. Not acceptable customer service at all.

  They are absolutely terrible at answering the phone. We ordered yesterday and when we got our groceries the ham was white it was off, I tried to call them and they just don’t answer the phone Look at the difference in ham

  Really frustrating store to shop in, it seems like the focus is on restocking from around 7pm to closing time, so fridges have their doors wide open while this is being completed (so enjoy warm products) and the shop is completely blocked in certain areas with various restock cages. It's also really annoying with the constant takeaway orders, the PDAs blasting an irritating sound and the staff are occupied and cannot assist in store customers.
