If I was able to give them a proper score, I would give them zero not One they don’t deserve it so many times I have gone to this place and they have shut before 11 pm. You have to say 11 pm so they lie I realise and I’m not blaming the workers because I know they wanna go home but if it says 11 pm you must do a transaction exactly up to 10:59 pm. Or they should change their working time till 1055. I want discount. I’m a loyal person who has been going to the stupid shop here in Raynes Park for 25 years..

I have shopped at this co op for 4 years since we movd to the area. I have been friendly with the old SouthAsian dad and old lady there in a polite manner every time. Tonight my wife and I went in there and when the old man came over to age verify our beers the amount went up by £100.00. The added £100.00 line had a code that clearly had a barcode, it started with apple followed by numbers ad they could clearly see we were paying by phone and know our patterns. When questioned security and all members of staff rushed to the till and he apologised and took it off. Disgraceful on so many levels, high robbery store of late and we have always bigged them up on dealing with the lack of security . Clearly there is a bar ode they can scan wheraby they can take the cash out of the till afterwards. The code on the screen started with Apple followed by numbers. @co-op sort out your staff. We will never shop there again while those awful people who rob decent paying members of the community work there.
Absolute disgrace.
