  good and bad one time i bought a gift card it was already scratched and i try getting a refund and they refused

  My husband works as a delivery driver and stopped by your store to buy a Lucozade while also collecting an order from the same location. While he was waiting in the collection queue, a woman who identified herself as the manager approached him in a very rude and accusatory manner and asked whether he had paid for his drink, implying that he had stolen it, even though he had paid for it only seconds earlier. I was on a phone call with him at the time and heard the entire interaction. He was extremely offended and embarrassed by the accusation, especially as he was there working. He was so upset that he asked her to check the CCTV footage to verify that he had paid for the drink. We understand that staff may need to confirm purchases when necessary, but this could and should have been done politely and professionally. Instead, he was treated with disrespect and made to feel like a thief in front of others, which was completely unacceptable and very upsetting.

  Performance below expectation for a local Co-op. Although it's great to have local convenience, it has its problems: 1. On multiple occasions out of date dairy products have been on the shelves. 2. Generally rude staff with limited to no propensity for customer service. 3. Frequent stock outs or malfunctioning freezer 4. Rolls often not put out until late. Also often stale. The Co-op next to Colliers Wood station is significantly better. I find myself walking the extra distance between I would like to buy a fresh roll at 08:45. Shame, could be much better. Franchisee or store manager should take note. Double shame as Co-op products are good. Providing they're in date!

  bit dirty, a deepclean needed, walls busted by the delivery cages, and I know it's not the stores fault, it's the crime ridden area but they lock up the alcohol and sometimes u need to wait for ages before someone has the key and open it for you, they got their freezers fixed too so plus point for that,

  I walked into a Co-op store, greeted the staff… and received no response. Three employees were chatting and joking among themselves, completely ignoring me. I waited for them to finish, then asked about my order, which had arrived dozens of minutes earlier. One of them actually smirked. Another finally stepped in and, without even checking which order was mine, vaguely said it would take a few more minutes. At that point, I had no choice but to leave, accepting yet another financial loss. Thank you. I genuinely hope that one day someone teaches you basic respect — for people and, above all, for other people’s time and work. Absolutely disgraceful.
