I simply requested to deposit some cash with the Pay Safe service on my bank card and both of the employees were grumpy and had absolutely no idea what they had to do, looking confused at eachother for the whole interaction. Luckily someone else from the store a few weeks ago was able to accommodate this simple request of mine and I had a chance to observe the process from the costumer side. But today I had to explain to the staff at the till that if the barcode is not scanning they should insert it manually. Overall they had absolutely no idea of what to do, I was so incredibly hesitant to handle my money to the staff. Worst thing of all ? The man that was trying to " help" started browsing in my bank app because he did not know what he was doing even though I provided him the barcode he clicked and went back to my banking section having access to my personal data. You have definitely lost a customer.

- TWTom WegrzynMar 16, 20191.0Not enough staff and manager loves to close the door OFTEN by 5 -10 -15 minutes earlier then opening hours says ..depending of mood and weather. Very annoying as we do live in the same building and that’s enough time to do last minute shopping .
