  I visit this location regularly, and unfortunately, the standard of customer service is consistently poor. The staff often come across as miserable, disengaged and unhelpful. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but it’s now become a recurring issue. Today, at approximately 10:40am, there were four customers queuing while the employee behind the till showed little initiative or problem-solving ability. It took a customer suggesting that another till be opened before anything was done, despite the queue building. Customers are regularly directed towards self-service machines, yet when something goes wrong, you’re often left waiting around four minutes for assistance. Not exactly ideal for a location situated next to a busy train station, where customers are often in a hurry. There seems to be a complete lack of urgency, awareness and basic customer service. Staff regularly appear confused, disengaged and unaware of what’s happening around them. It’s disappointing that such a convenient location consistently delivers such a poor experience. Some basic training, accountability and proactive management would go a long way.

  Staff act as if they are helping you out by serving you as they'd prefer you use self service. No smiles, no politeness, no people skills and unhelpful to say the least.

  Looking at other reviews it seems a few years ago the service and stocking was poor, but wanted to add I haven't had issues with this at all recently. Could be cheaper but hard to complain given it's convenience and the lack of other options around.
