- SSShide ShsMar 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Co-op store on Camley Street (King’s Cross). I waited in a long queue with my child, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier scanned my items but then asked the customer behind me to move to another till and completed her transaction first. I was left waiting with my items already scanned, without any explanation or apology. This felt very unfair and disrespectful, especially as I had been waiting patiently in line. After finishing with the other customer, the cashier simply called “next customer” without acknowledging the situation. I was with my young child, who had picked up a drink, and because of this experience we left the store without purchasing anything. My child was upset and crying, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, the level of customer service was very poor. Staff also appeared to be shouting to each other from the back in another language, creating an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures customers are treated fairly and respectfully.
