- JJJohnOct 4, 20261.0Shockingly bad. I dont think I've even seen a chain shop like this being soooooo badly managed. Staff is rude. Smell is often horrendous. Bakery didn't work for ages, now it does but everything is regularly burned and misspriced and FULL OF FLIES. Speaking of misspricing, 80% of this shop is either priced wrong or not priced. And with such rude staff, even asking for prices is a hassle. How do YOU HAVE DISPLAY MONITOR PRICES BUT STILL WRONG/NOT displayed. And then the doors. They dont open the second doors so entrance and exit is same area which is a bit uncomfortable. Along with the security guard blocking half the doors standing there like someone made them come to work. Also, and I hate to say this, usually really strong smell/BO. And yes, with MULTIPLE security guys same exact thing. God forbid you need something from the kiosk and need a staff member. Good luck. Also, never seen more than two employees in the shop WORKING. Maybe stop hiding in the back offices and check on you prices. How does coop allow this?
- ALAbundant LeighSep 9, 20261.0This place is crazy. Had to ask if it was franchised, and had they bought a share, because they run that place however they like, even opening up when they like. Nobody is ever ready to serve at the tills, and the staff don't know the names of the items they are actively selling. Other then that maybe one or two run the shop professionally when they are on shift.
