I've repeatedly been sold spoiled products, and items are often scanned twice, resulting in overcharging. Today, customer service scanned my items, but the card machine wasn't working, so I couldn't pay and had to leave without my breakfast. Something seriously needs to change in this store. Management must take action!
- IUIphone UserSep 18, 20261.0Never met such a bad customer service, Gabriella a staff there is so rude to everyone dont know why she gives attitude to customers, always prioritises talking to other people she knows rather than serving customers at the till which i had to wait 10minutes to get served, and i was first in line.
- KKKarusatSep 18, 20261.0Absolutely disgusting service especially the staff named Gabriella, I’ve been waiting to give minutes to pay by cash, and she was there minding her own business as if a customer wasn’t there. The most awful service ever, even the security guard there was telling me this is her usual behaviour. They need to absolutely sack her. This is not the first time it has happened, but today was my last straw, as a customer who goes to that coop on a daily basis, it’s appalling to have experienced such awful customer service.
