Ive been a customer here for a while, and I was getting familiar with the staff and things were going fine. The other day I went and bought some items and used self checkout I used bags that I didn’t pay for because I was gonna get another one after I got something else at the checkout desk so I might as well pay for it all there. Security comes takes the monster that I bought and hides it and says I won’t get it back unless I pay 10p. At this point I got pissed so I walked over to the fridge got another one and put it in the bag. He called the entire staff saying he wants to leave without paying . I walk towards the counter and pay, which was my intention from the beginning, but yet I got treated this way. Im sorry but security and staff need to be changed the service is terrible

Most scummy co-op. They have nothing of what is advertised, they constantly run out of everything, and then they replace it with flavours or other foods that stay on the sleeves for weeks. The employees are severely lacking in the knowledge of the store and what they carry. Also they can barely uphold a conversation in English. Do better.

A great new Co-op. It's spacious, has InPost lockers, and some good deals. It's a bit pricier than Tesco, but the convenience of being so close and having water for 39p makes it my new go-to shop.
