  Very very disappointed. Online showed that shop will close 11 pm but I gone there at 10:56( i have picture for prove) I found it close and this is not first time, I found 2 more days, they closed it before 10:52 pm.... Either authority should take action or plz update your closing time on online. Thank you

  Staff are welcoming and nice. However, the scanner to scan the co-op card on the till is in a weird position, delaying payment for close to a minute. Often, we do not scan the co-op membership card given how inconvenient it is, inside the counter. The scanner is just in a weird position, in a weird place, not considering accessibility nor convenience. If you're in a rush, it's best to avoid this co-op.

  23/03/2026 I arrived at the store at 7:43am and found two other customers already waiting outside. If your listed opening time is 7:00am, the store should be open at that time. I even had to search online for the store’s phone number and call to check whether you were open. Only after I called did a staff member come to the door. I walked 10 minutes to get there, and it’s frustrating to think about what would have happened if I hadn’t had my phone with me. This situation shows a lack of organisation and consideration for customers’ time. Please ensure your staff are ready and the store is open as advertised. On a positive note, the store is consistently clean and well organised. Their promotions are often better than those offered by most other grocery stores, and the quality of their own-brand products is very good. (I have given this store 4 stars overall, but I will reduce my rating each time I experience delays or have to wait for the store to open after the advertised opening time)

  Hello, I am naithan and I just turned 14. This stores lack of camreas are the reason I almost got in jail. There was no camreas on where you can see the person BUYING the product. Even the item detector dosent even work the security's have to be the one to catch them. The manager needs more camreas because I'm NOT going to jail for something I purchased. The workers are very nice and seeing this problem going on in this store makes me feel bad for them. What a day bro :(

  The atm machine ate my card the guy haven’t help at all. If I can give 0 should be the right vote
