No answer, have called around 15 times. I am very poorly and made an ubereats order, including 3 x bottles of water which were the most important items on the order. No water turned up. Beyond angry.

The Coop has really lost it's way and the Smellingham branch is a prime example. Untidy, poorly stocked, unhelpful staff and expensive. Fortunately the nearby Bromley Road store (my closest) has closed and is now a Tesco Express which is fab by comparison.

It's small But filled with stuff. Its convenient but a little bit expensive, this can be offset against it being local. All in all o would recommend.

Most of the staff are friendly but the old man who seems to run the place is always angry and takes it out on staff or customers. It has also been terrible at enforcing mask wearing rules, we haven't gone near it since things started getting worse again.
