- FUFaith UnoSep 21, 20264.0Overall, I am satisfied with stock availability and the customer service in general. However, I am unhappy when the staff do not open up the shop on time. Recently, on two separate occasions I had to wait for the shop to be opened despite it being past the opening time. The last time I confronted a member of staff about this issue. They gave the excuse that need to put things in order before opening but I said they should change the opening time then because it is unprofessional to keep the customer waiting. In future, if the open time is 6 am . Then the staff need to arrive and prepare to be opened by 6 am prompt because when you open late it inconveniences the customer or customers by keeping them waiting.
- MCMarcus CAug 30, 20261.0Walking around the store with a suitcase one staff member pushed a box in front of me twice as I was walking down the isles after looking at my directly in the eyes. Finally when I was leaving I was walking to the left of the isle and he was to my right, then he stepped to the side and tried to force me to step aside. When I called him out for being so rude he called me rude, and told me he was “just doing his job”. Likely racist and don’t like anyone that isn’t their own

- DFDan FlynnMay 31, 20261.0a few months ago there was two male colleagues leaving the store at night beating each other up and people had to stop it. I was coming home from work and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The CEO allows this type of disgusting behaviour and both people still work there. I wander how this is possible. if the violence is occurring here people should be scared to shop here as what if we get hurt as customers as clearly they have anger issues.
