- HHHappyvirusesJul 29, 20261.0Usually shop here. Convenient. But today I walked in to find a dog at the self checkout staring at me as I came in. This dog had no lead, was standing behind it's owner and unsettled me with it's stare. There are groceries on this dog's face level and it's just unhygienic that this dog was in the supermarket without the owner having a lead on the dog. Not to mention that as I was leaving the owner turned around and pulled up this dog's tail and was touching it's anus. I told security who had no clue that dogs should be on a lead even if they have a valid reason to be in a supermarket (e.g. guide/alert dogs). When I came back around to buy my lemonade, the dog was still at the counter, so security was ignoring it, so I just left without buying.
